Upon receiving your eyelash order, take a moment to ensure that both the right and left eyelashes are visible and accounted for before breaking the sealed box. Should either pair be missing, we are delighted to provide a replacement pair, as long as the box seal remains intact. Open the box carefully in a secure environment to prevent any accidental displacement of lashes.
